We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. This service is cookie-less — it does not use cookies, does not collect personal information, and does not track individual users across sites. It provides aggregated data only: page views, geographic distribution, referrer sources, and performance metrics. No consent banner is required.
Language Preference
We store your language preference in your browser's localStorage. This is not a cookie — it stays on your device, is never sent to our servers, and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
Contact Form
Our contact form is provided by Microsoft Forms. When you submit the form, your data (name, email, phone or WhatsApp number if provided, location, and message) is processed by Microsoft under their privacy policy. The legal basis for processing is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you provide by checking the consent box and submitting the form. The data controller is MelocotónCrafts ([email protected]). We use this data solely to respond to your inquiry and delete it once the inquiry is resolved or within 12 months, whichever comes first. You may withdraw your consent and request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Cloudflare (hosting, analytics, DNS) and Microsoft (contact form). All fonts are self-hosted — no external font services are used. Each third-party service operates under their own privacy policies. We do not sell or share your data with anyone.

Under GDPR and applicable privacy laws, you have the right to: access your personal data; rectify inaccurate data; request erasure of your data; and withdraw consent at any time.
